To Whom It May Concern

The noblemen of our yesterday
Olive branches where I fall
Shelter to my stormy days
A word for everyman he sees

When things are tough
And the road is rough
Lights and darkness are clashing
His grace concealed me.

Thou  hearts are now  enraged
Word a  stranger
Conscience on death row
Love dwelt in his deeper adorn.

Now that the leaves are falling
Midnight bells are ringing
Silent whispers of his ages past
Help me to see his grace

  1. Very well done. The message and rhythm. Wondering why the grace concealed (in the past tense, not present). Thx for the like on my recent post. I grew up in NYC, went to Univ of PA, drove through NJ countless times. =)
